How To Deal With Itch In Hand After An Old Recovered Burn?

Sir, I am Dolly(25Yrs). I got my hand burnt when I was 13. Till the age of 24 I didn't bothered about it. As soon I was getting married so consulted a Doctor. She did some surgery on it. After my hand gets very itcy, it start paining. I went to the doctor but she told me that you are weak. She didn't helped me. Recentaly I shown my hand to other doctor, he gave me some medicine it is not helping me. I still gets the pain. I don't know what to do? Please help
