How To Deal With Skin Rash?

i am facing skin allergi such as rashes in head and leg and body itching some times, I had shingles (herpez zoster 2 years back, so that i used medicine that time, i feel due to this now i am facing skin allergi, please let me have your advise. how to solove this problem.
