How To Deal With The Fear Of Getting Pregnant?

My husband is ready to start trying to have a baby. I want kids... But I am overcome by an intense fear when I think about getting pregnant. My mother suggested I talk to my doctor, but she's unavailable until February. I know I have anxiety and depression...i don't deal with change well... And this probably plays into the fear. But I don't know what to do.
