How To Decrease The Breast Size?

I am switching from Necon 1/35 birth control to micro nor because I have high blood pressure. I"m 37, 5'9" and weigh 118 so this is the only reason why I think i have high blood pressure. When I went on necon my breast size increased and wondering now since Micro nor doesn't have estrogen if they will decrease?
