How To Determine The Date Of Conception Using Last Menstrual Cycle?

So my wife just had her period cycle on the 12-17th of Feb and started bleeding again yesterday the 23rd. Took 2 home tests and also got a blood test taken and she is pregnant. Her hcg level is at 806. Any possible way to find out how far along she is?
