How To Diagnose A Development Of Mass On Right Chest Wall?

Hi doctor,My father have devloped a mass on right side chest wall. Trucut Biopsy report doesn t show any clue of lymphoma.Howerver he has been found HIV + and also tuberculosis. Doctor started the treatment accordingly. His CD4 /Cd8 before treatment was 0.26 and after treatment of 20 days itt has come upto 0.319. But the mass buildupis increasing. Please suggest wwhether we need to take 2nd opinion for cancer
