How To Differentiate Baclofen And Tramadol In Their Features?

Hi, I m going through a small pill bottle that i carry in my purse. I am currently taken baclofen and tramadol for neck issues. One of my baclofen says V and the number 22 / 65 oval and the. Another the other says tv and 4096 round on the other side. Are these both baclofen or is one tramadol? I ran out of the tramadol in my prescription bottle and forgot to pick up my new one today. I don t want to take 2 of the same thing.Thanks!
