How To Distinguish Between Acid Reflux And Heart Burn?

how do I discern between, acid reflux pain and possible heart issues? I DO have Acid Reflux and have recently been put on meds for stomach ulcers and reflux...but i also have a leaking aeortic valve, moderate..(taking ramipril 2.5) daily for that, .i have been taking a low dose aspirin daily for the past 10 years - my colon cancer surgeon put me on it 10 years ago, but after recent gastro exam,2 months ago, endoscopy, i was told to stop taking the aspirin, as they believed it caused the ulcers....2 weeks ago, i had umbilical hernia surgery, since then, I have been dizzy off and on, suffering off and on with a headache, usually left side, (and I never have headaches) and last night i got sick at my stomach and did not eat supper, all day today i have had chest pain off and on, most of it feeling like the acid reflux pain i am familiar with, took 3 zantac tablets today, helped a tiny bit for a short while, this evening i drank bragg s apple cider vinegar and water trying to relieve center of chest, pain, worked for a bit, but it has returned...in the past 3 years i have made three visits to the emergency room concerned it was a heart issue, but i was always told it was not my heart but related to the reflux or an esophogeal spasm....i do not want to go again for the same thing...but i worry it might be heart attack symptoms....would it be ok to wait until monday to consult with one of my doctors....i went up to the corner fire station they took my blood pressue, it is normal for me..102/86, but i was worried during the day as i was very lethargic and tired....mostly the chest pain was concerning me was on left side today, but now in center of chest, as is usually acid reflux . Could the headaches and dizziness and possible reflux be the results of or after effects of being put to sleep two weeks ago? Thanks for any opinions and advice.
