How To Ease The Disvirgining Process?

Hi there I'm 28 yrs old, I weigh 55kg and I'm 5ft7. I'm trying to get disvirgined, I bled a lot the 1st time, but my partner hasn't been able 2 penetrate, the 2nd time was too painful so I wanna know what tips u can give to ease the whole disvirgining process please.
