How To Effectively Wean Off Tramadol 50mg?

I am cutting down on tramadol 50mg. Have been taking them for 9months 2 per day now but need to get off asap as I 40mg of citalopram daily too. Stopped taking tramadol for two days but cant stand the ache ing feeling in my body. How slowly or quickly can I come off it for the best and healthiest results?
