How To Enlarge Penis?

i'm milon 30 years,male, but my penis very small ercte time 4 inches long @ 1 inche fat ,,,that like 12 yeas boy & nonerect time 1/2 inche lone @ 1/4 inche fat. penis medel tink,like any body bind rub,so ................how do i get long & fat penis ,i'm single. pls.............advice me
