How To Facilitate Healing Of Scar Tissue In The Nose?

I had an inferior turbinate reduction in January (2010) using the RF (radio frequency) approach. It is 10 months later, and unfortunately, I am very saddened that my allergy symptoms are much worse now that after the surgery. I can breath through my nose better, but this did not help at all my overall health.

I dont have very much mucus form any more in the inferior turbinate and I guess this is an intended result of the surgery. I have a sense of unfocus and discomfort, which I believe is mostly from the increased ocular allergies due to the increased openings in the inferior turbinates and perhaps the lack of moisture and mucus on the turbinate surface.

I have read that some times, the turbinate tissue can grow back after the RF surgery. This is what I am hoping for dearly. My question is how can I help facilitate this healing of the scar tissue in my nose. I want it to get back to the way it was before surgery, and will use any necessary steps to help this process.

While I thought this was a very minor procedure, my quality of life has decreased substantially.

Thank you for any recommendations or thoughts you may have about ways to heal the damaged inferior turbinates after the surgery.
