How To Fix Torn Penile Tip?

i damaged the tip of my penis the little skin piece in the center top of the hole and now when i look at it i see the skin flap still in between it at the bottom but the top has none and it has increased the holes size by a wat looks like a 3rd of the original size.... is there a way to fix this? reverse the tear?
