How To Flatten The Stomach Post C-section Delivery?

Hi i have delivered a baby girl on 26th sep 2014 . Its been 6 months post c section but my tummy has not reduced a bit...it looks like 3 months pregnant...some people say that once the periods starts regularly post delivery my tummy will reduce a bit...but i had no luck....pls suggest me a way to reduce my tummy.... regards Kanimozhi
