How To Gain Fair Complexion?

Hi Doctor,

I have a small skin problem. I have whitish brown complexion(dry skin).There are some dark pigmentation on upper lip part, two sides of forehead and near to nose. It seems reducing when i use one fairness cream, but pimples are appearing due to the fairness cream usage. As my marriage comes could you please suggest me a solution for gaining some fairness
