How To Genital Warts,irregular Periods And Severe Vaginal Pain?

I am 25. I just got told I have genital warts and the break out spead quickly and a lot! I have been having multiple periods in one month with horrible pains almost like labor pains. Throwing up. I m not pregnant for sure. Even when I m not menstrating I have these horrible cramp pains where I can t take the pain. Please help.
