How To Get Fair Complexion On Face?

Hi docotor, i am mohammed 20yr old...i have got a dark skin tone especially in my face rsther compared to body parts..i have tried peels microdermabarasion,kojic acid creams glutathione pils etc..but nothing went effective as per the calculation itz still the same...i am planning to take melalite forte or glutathione injection for whitening...or is there any other option to get fair? And my face is also filled with acne marks there is no significant change on texture as i expected and i am very depressed in this state
