How To Get Mirena Stuck High Up In Vagina Down?

Can you get mirena taken out privately? they cant find mine & i have had ultra sounds etc to see it is still there & one nurse seen it the other day but couldn't take it out she said a specialist will have to but I'm so over waiting i just want it out... is there anything i can do to help it come down?
