How To Get Relief From Constant Headache After A Head Injury?

I was abused and hit real hard with a fist to the right side of my face, I haven't been able to hear for 8 days now. I have constant static and headaches all the time. if I blow through my nose I feel air go through it, but it goes right back to loss of hearing.
