How To Get Rid Of Adderall Side Effects?

I am a 24 year old female. I diagnosed ADHD and prescribed 40mg of adderal daily. I know dehydration and dry mouth are both side effects. However, my throat, mouth, and nose all become extremely dry. My voice is scratchy often and I sound like I have a cold. I try to drink at least 5 bottles of water daily. Is there anything I can do? Especially for my very dry nose? Thank you
