How To Get Rid Of Bell's Palsy Completely?

Hi Doctor! I am suffering from Bell's Palsy for last 34 years.I am 38 years old now.90% of my disease has been cured with the time.I have problem in my eye lid.I can't blink my left eye properly nor it close itself.I like to know is there any chance for 100% cure.Is there any treatment?
