How To Get Rid Of A Black Mark Near The Nose Peircing?

i did pierce my nose in may 09 but there was an infection in my nose so last week i did throw out the nose pin and my nose's hole get closed. But now i have a dark mark on my noise on the same place where it was got pierced. My noise looks ugly. Could you please suggest something?
