How To Get Rid Of A Bump On My Tongue?

I have sinusit for long years and I started new traditional treatment two waeks ago. It was organic mixture that was sniffed. Then I found throat pain and after that a bump on tongue tip. While I have terminates treatment for 1 week, bump still remains and a small bump also occured on my interior lip.
Bump is pink and smooth and around is somehow whiter. I sow a doctor and sayed it seems nothing to worry. But it still remains after 15 days. Please help me on this. I m eorried about std and specially wart.
