How To Get Rid Of A Damaged Permanent Tattoo?

hi..i m dr...sir, when i was in my chilhood then...i made one permanent tattos and after that..i was feeling bad to take my tattos..and then i tried to remove it through some chemical product ..and what heppened...it looked like very bad...now i wana to do plastic surgery on that place..please suggest sir..what should i do..it will be better or not
