How To Get Rid Of A Small, Dark Scar Between The Eyes?

I have a small dark scar between my eyes that from a distance looks like I have a unibrow. I have shaved and used tweezers between my eyes for years and stopped shaving because it of it becoming like a five o clock shadow. The dark shadow/ scar will not go away. I stopped shaving for months now and just tweeze and have even tried bleaching to no avail. Not sure what to do now. When I look at it up close it doesn t look like its a hair issue. I just want it to be the same color as my skin. How do I address this?
