How To Get Rid Of Abscess On Face And Under Jawline?

Hi i have a folf ball sized absess under the bottom of my jaw line and the head off this is on the outside of my face i am currently 2 days into a ciurse of antibiotics 500mg of amoxicillin but the absess has got biggest.would it be good to pop this and release the pressure will this leave hole in my face.should i try magnesium sulphate.of just ride the antibiotics and hope they work.plese help the head of the absee is on the outside of my face but could stem from a tooth please help
