How To Get Rid Of Acne On Face?

Hello , i am a white girl but i have a dark area between my legs it becane like that cuz i had some over weight there but now i dont and its still dark, can i do something to bring it white again? My second problem is acne on my face that am suffering from, sometimes i hate myself cuz of them n i tried alot of things Can u help me please
