How To Get Rid Of Acne On Face?

i have been trying various allopathic and homeopathic treatments for the last two years but i still get acne on my face. i used to have very clear skin, but around the time of my wedding i tried OC pills and that might've triggered the acne. please suggest. i have tried application of bengel, tretin and a homeopathic cream as well.
