How To Get Rid Of Acne Problem?

Hello, I am a 20 year old boy. I have been having acne problem since I was in class 9th. I took a treatment(antibiotic) when I was in class 11th. Except that home treatments have been my resort. In past 6 months my pimple problem has aggravated leading to continuous infection and stuff. Please help, Thank you.
