How To Get Rid Of Acne Problem?

I am 35 with no skin problems for many years. Have Pcos and taking Diane 35 since age of 17. Had 2 kids with clomid treatment along with metformin . I wanted to get a 3 rd baby so did the same but had severe acne problems and now m back to Diane for over a month but still no improvement. Any suggestions?
