How To Get Rid Of Acne?

i,m 35 and suffering with acne since 4 years. wnen i was in teenage i didn't have single pimple, so very clear face till 31. I consulted dermotologist used all of external medicines like clindamycin, diffirin, triluma etc. none of them worked it got so worse.
