i have had an ear infection for the past 5 days in my right ear and it is causing me a lot of pain and discomfort to swallow and sneeze. however, it has now affected my other ear and caused a blocked feeling and ringing sensation within the ear and i have noticed it is numb to touch. also, the infection has now transferred to my left ear
