How To Get Rid Of Anal Warts?

I have anal warts I've put peroxide on it everyday for about 2 weeks now it's itchy and bleeding. I was told the peroxide would turn the warts to a scab then it would go away. This has not happened. Is there an over the counter medicine I can use to rid the warts or should I go to the ER?
