How To Get Rid Of Back Lower Waist Pain?

am 34, this back-lower waist pain has been giving me pain for many now. i was told recently that it could be an infection from toilet. i feel the pain especially when i woke up in the morning. is it true that it might be an infection from toilet (lathering). i need your medical advice
