How To Get Rid Of Bad Body Odor?

I have noticed that I have a body odor but it is not external. My hygiene is impeccable, my clothing does not smell from sweat. I am not sure anyone else can smell anything but I always feel as though I have an odor emanating from inside somewhere. I have been married a long time, no STD, no chance as we are not currently sexually active. I am 60 years old with no other symptoms.
