How To Get Rid Of Big Nose?

Hi doctor
Actually I'm facing a very difficult situation may be its not a problem.
But my problm is
My nose is a little bit long than a normal nose and I'm also a little bit thin too.
So i have a fear of my personality that how do i look, people think he is a big nose guy...these are some fears I'm facing from my childhood so thats cause i can't attend any function of this can't make some pics with friends so that my nose....
What should i do????
I can't explain my problm.
