How To Get Rid Of Black Mark On Forehead?

I am 27 years old female. I have a black dark mark on my forehead. It's been 6 months the mark is there. It does not pain. I have shown to a doctor but he says you might have hurt yourself. Sometimes the mark goes and sometimes it becomes dark. I want to get rid of the mark. How can I do that? What can be the mark? Few days back I had blood test because I had allergy. In the blood test it was shown I had allergy in my blood. One of the doctor that I showed to said I get allergy in my blood when I eat sweet food. Allergy is the only problem I had, but now I got rid of allergy. But this dark mark is not going? What to do? Please help.
