How To Get Rid Of Black Marks On Lip?

hi, i am 33 years old, and i have black marks on my bottom lip, iv had this checked out and its cancerous, but i cant get rid of them. I do smoke and i think its due to burn marks from cigarete. I am embarasd to smile or have a relationship because it looks that ugly. Please help me.
