How To Get Rid Of Black Puss Filled Sore?

I have a sore and when i popped it it had like a black puss with blood and it looked like black blood but not sure. After it was popped it bleeds a very little bit for a very long time. I would like some advice and i can't afford a doctor and pray for home remedies
