How To Get Rid Of Boil Under The Arm?

hello i am a 25 year old and i have been having some issues with boils. I have had this boil under my arms for like a year under each arm. I have had them lanced so many times took antibiotics tried ichthamol and also warm compresses. I dont know what else i can do. Please help me
