How To Get Rid Of Boils On Hands, Face And Feet?

My kid 13 yrs old sleeps with a pet cat and sometimes with our dog. Also he is always playing with them. Presently noticed some eruptins on his skin like boils on hands , face and feet which do not burst, just come up around mid day and pass of late evening. Could it be allergic or does he need to be dewormed. What is the dose and should I repeat it for 2-3 days
