How To Get Rid Of Brown Color Butt?

In the last fews years i have discovered that my butt is get brown , I really try to clean as best as i can but still have some brown on my but i was wondering what the best way is to get rid of the brown .. like the skin used to be clean but now i cant get it to go away not matter how hard i clean it what would be the best way to get rid of this
