How To Get Rid Of Brown Patches On Skin?

Hi Dr, I am 40 yrs. Had done electrocautery 4 yrs back for my skin tags. It came out pretty good. From past 3 years I had significant sun exposure with tanning and return of skin tags. Got them removed 3 weeks back. but now the skin seems more scared with brown patches. How do i get rid of them.
