How To Get Rid Of Bump Like Small Bony On Neck?

I have this small bony like bump at the bottom right side of my neck near my hairline, it was painful for one day but it grew smaller and not painful the next days and until now, is it possible that its cancer? or what is it? cause I'm pretty much disturbed.
