How To Get Rid Of Bump On Nose?

A month ago I ran into a metal bar, hitting my nose bridge, and the next day a book fell on my nose. The few days after it was really swollen and I massaged it. But it has been a month now and the brown spot and bump on my nose bridge is still there. Will they ever go away?
