How To Get Rid Of Bump On Skin Of Genital Area?

I have a bump on my skin near my bikini line and it s been there for a few months. It is now bigger and red and swollen. It also has a bad stench. What can I do. My health insurance is pending so I d rather not see a doctor if I don t have to. HELP
