How To Get Rid Of Bumps Above The Urethra?

I recently had a yeast infection and it is clearing up now. About 2 days ago, I noticed some strange bumps just above my urethra. I can't say how long I've had them. They may have been there a while. They are raised, skin colored, and smoothe. I can't really say if they hurt, or itch because I'm recovering from the yeast infection. I don't seem to have any sensations in that particular area though, as far as I can tell. Sometimes it looks like the skin right above the urethra may have torn at some point and that's how it healed. In other words, it just looks like bumps, but isn't. When I am in a relaxed position, they seem to fall in place like they were once connected. Then again, fear is killing me. I read all these things online about herpes and warts. I've looked at pics and they're just not helpful. I see just how different we all are down there. Is this a common occurence in women?
