How To Get Rid Of Bumps And Ingrown Hair In Private Area?

- hello, doctor i am a female and after shaving in my private area i get bumps and in-grown hairs. What can i do to stop this?..also sometimes these bumps cause marks to appear. And, sometimes two or three become large and when popped, white-puss like stuff comes out and then a little blood.. omg can you help me figure out the problem and what can i do?
