I just had my son 25 days ago. The delivery was natural with no drugs- but because his heart rate began to decline towards the end, I was given an episiotomy. Now I can feel tiny bumps inside my vagina after my stitches dissolved. I was using the anti pain and itch spray provided to me by the hospital. I wanted to know what those tiny bumps might be. The other thing is that during my pregnancy I was diagnosed with HPV. My 6 week appointment isnt for another couple of weeks. Also- I wanted to know if it would be ok for me to get a brazilian wax or if I should wait.
