How To Get Rid Of Bumps On Inner Thigh?

hello im 15 on my inner thigh i have pimple like bumps, they are sorta black and when i make an attempt to pop it puss comes out and more just seem to appear. Also there is like little black heads as well i waz just wondering is there something that i can do or use to make them go away ASAP
